Unit types & sizes
Match the unit to the way you actually operate
Five type families, 242 units, and a span from a compact 2,153 sq ft footprint to a 5,285 sq ft single-volume floor plate. The right choice depends less on size alone than on how you move goods and use space — here's how they compare.
Five ways to occupy
The type families, compared
The families trade off built-up area, roller-shutter height and floor configuration against one another. Read them against your own workflow rather than headline square footage.

A short decision guide
Moving goods on pallets, or driving a vehicle into the unit? Lead with the 4.5 m roller-shutter families — Types A, A2, B, B2 and C — and aim for a ground-level bay close to the loading terrace, where turnaround is quickest.
Need one large, uninterrupted plate for a showroom, studio or assembly line instead? The single-volume Type D and E families, up to 5,285 sq ft, give you the most contiguous floor. Note too that Types A1, B1 and C come with allocated car-park bays.
Tell me your line of work and headcount, and I'll narrow it to the two or three units that genuinely fit — floor plans included.
